Biography
Our founding attorney, David L. Huguenin, P.C., has been helping clients in Georgia and South Carolina for more than 30 years. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Huguenin served for 16 years as Chief Magistrate for Columbia County, Georgia, being elected to four consecutive terms.
Our firm was founded on the principles of quality, understanding of the law, trust, and respect for all people. These principles guide us in everything we do. They have helped us to establish and maintain the many long-standing relationships we enjoy with our clients and the communities we have the privilege to serve.

David is fantastic. He keeps you informed of all the details of a closing. He's sincere & absolutely wonderful to work with on closings. I highly recommended him to my daughter for her closing & she was extremely pleased.

Real Estate Closing
I used David Huguenin's office for a real estate transaction (closing of a real estate property) they were very through and I would definitely plan on using them again and again. The whole team is very accommodating and also very knowledgeable along with hardworking.
