David and his team were true professionals when it was time to close on my home loan. I received all the closing instructions prior to my appointment, they answers all my questions in a timely matter. The day of closing was “smooth as butter”, no delays and the closing was completed within an hour.... Very friendly staff, this was my second closing with David, the first one was approximately 15 years ago. The same great service today as I remembered years ago. I would recommend David to friends or anyone looking for a true professional and a great staff.

Mr. Huguenin and his team do a great job before, during and after each real estate closing. They are normally very easy to call and responsive to emails. They are very knowledgeable about real estate and are very courteous and professional. Mr. Huguenin has closed many real estate transactions fo...r our clients and for me personally. I have and will recommend Mr. Huguenin to people looking for a real estate attorney.

David Huguenin has had our closing since 29Apr. His people, more specifically Sheryl, have scheduled closing dates 4 times only to have the 3 of us take time off from work and there be a last minute castostrphic event preventing closing each time. This last event preventing closing has interrupted bo...th the buyer and our lives to the point of filing a bar complaint and BBB complaint. When asked why we were being told to run to the court house for this document and that document, "there's a flag that requires a signature upon releasing the documents". Only to get to the courthouse to be told there is no such thing as a flag but that you have to pay for the document and it should be included in the closing fee. Again Sheryl sent us to multiple addresses because that's what her contact at Wells Fargo told her to do. Turns out Wells Fargo Financial is now a call center only operation. According to Wells Fargo neither Sheryl or the Huguenin Firm had contacted them to date. This is not just to sale a house. The buyer had a great interest rate locked in. She expressed that to David Huguenin, his advice to us was "go raise hell somewhere else".
