Biography
Titus is a Trial Lawyer with a proven record of success in both state and federal trials.
Titus' practice is devoted to representing people who have been injured due to the negligence of others or defective products. He has represented clients who have been injured as a result of motor vehicle wrecks, defective products, and wrongful deaths. Titus has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for clients at trial before state and federal juries.
Previously, Titus served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Augusta Judicial Circuit where he prosecuted violent crimes. During his time as an ADA he prosecuted over 1,000 criminal matters, tried dozens of jury trials, and never lost a murder trial. Titus also served as an appellate attorney where he was tasked with preserving convictions before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.
In addition to his civilian duties, Titus currently serves as an officer in the United States Army as a Judge Advocate General for the Georgia Army National Guard. As a JAG Officer, Titus advises military commanders on operational, administrative, and fiscal law matters and educate soldiers on relevant laws in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
