Was charged ten thousand up front and received no representation. He was never available to speak when called, and never returned any phone calls. After taking my case, Mr. Rhodes met with me several times. He told me my case was creditable, he suddenly stopped returning my calls and refused to contact me. I know he was communicating with the insurance company and their representatives, I have no idea if the settlement or outcome of my case....
