Although Mr. James is experienced, I felt that he did little to meet me half way with my case. In all honesty I felt that he was more on the side of the non-custodial parent, rather than on the side of his client (me). I say this because I did most of the leg work for him (providing financial records..., employment records, etc), yet he did not subpeona the non-custodial parents records. He insisted that the non custodial parent gave a verbal record of his own records and that was sufficient in his eyes. I had proof the ex was lying, yet Mr. James swept that by the wayside. He insisted that because of the ex's occupation, the ex "would be easy to find if a child abduction occurred". Maybe he is close to retiring and that is why he had no passion or time for my case. I paid IN FULL, yet received 1/10 of the services.
