Not prepared ....wouldn't return phone calls....didn't put any time or effort towards the case....seemed to be waiting on a handout ...all of this became noticeable at prelim....however it was too late too late then....all I could do was sit there in embarrassment and frustration of the representatio...n and the fact that so much time had passed and we still had no evidence...no anything which proves that ZERO time and effort was put into the case, complete waste of time! Would have never pursued had I known the capability and effort that would be put in...no experts hired....didn't contact the witness unit phone number was changed even when supplied with info...didn't get witness to submit a deposition.... No effort at all! I got screwed out of a few months of my life a few days of work were missed....and a few thousand dollars...learned a good lesson....bottom line is he's a good guy and a bad layer! Take it from someone who knows!
