Shellana Joanne Welch

She has been my husband's attorney for years and we have had no results. She does not ever contact us unless we get very upset and rude and then she only contacts him to smooth it over. If you require an attorney for VA benefits do not use Mrs. Welch. It has been 4 or 5 years and she has done abso...lutely nothing. She does not respond to calls, text, messenger or emails. She does to give any updates unless we force the issue. Run in a different direction if you see her. Our opinion is that we should have never hired her. She will not give a letter of release if she is fired according to her website. So if you hire her you are stuck with her and her ineffective business practices.

Attorney Welch is an excellent Attorney, she is an extremely Intelligent professional with solid experience and integrity. She worked extremely hard on my case and my family members cases, she follows all the rules, regulations and laws to the letter. Her skillful performance in court was nothing le...ss then excellent! I've emailed and called her multiple times with no response. I had not heard from her in a year. Despite her lack of assis...tance, I reached 100% on my own. Unfortunately, she still gets a portion of my backpay because she refused to remove herself from my case. I feel awful because I trusted her to help me and in the end, she scammed me.

My initial thought was to hire "big city" attorney for a complicated case. No need. Attorney Welch was not only very professional, prompt, communicative and accessible, but also willing to do whatever research was necessary in order not to miss anything important.
