It is possible, but it has to be initiated by the command based on advice from his treating mental health care providers.

I am not an NC lawyer, but as Mr. Dummit states, it should not be an issue. My son just had to do the same thing here in GA and there were no issues.

Yes, but understand you can only get attorneys fees if you have an attorney, not if you are representing yourself.

The judge made a statement I felt was bias. Such as how do you know he wont molest your new friend again? Isnt this bias?
