Michon Danielle Walker

I have been employed as of Counsel with Arthur L. Walker and Associates for seventeen years.  Specializing in Bankruptcy, I have filed thousands of bankruptcy cases, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 voluntary petitions, for clients experiencing dire financial problems from our law offices conveniently located in Dublin, Evans, and Sandersville, GA.  Since joining Arthur L. Walker and Associates, I have also had the opportunity to assist clients seeking Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability from the Social Security Administration, Legitimation of children, and drafted numerous Last Will and Testaments, and Power of Attorneys.

I am an active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar Association and the U.S. Middle, Northern, and Southern District Courts.  During my free time I mentor children as a facilitator for Dream Builders of America’s Youth and volunteer in the greater CSRA in conjunction with my sorority sisters of the Augusta Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
