I had to copy and paste Mr. Sharpe's review, below, as this was exactly my experience. I would add in; her yelling at me in her conference room and questioning family things that had nothing to do with my divorce, to her yelling at me in her office foyer and asking her para legal/secretary to double ...check on emails she swore that she had sent to me, when she had not. I called her out on her poor memory and on her mistakes, and she dropped me. I had no direction nor any explanations of what was going on, why we were going to a court hearing or anything. The mis-communication or lack there of was astounding. She would say one thing and do another. As a medical professional myself I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. Retainer is non-refundable and I sure could have used the remainder of mine. ($2500.00) Based off of my experience I would never recommend her and post this to ward off others. This was one of the worst times in my life and boy did she misrepresent herself to me. Mr. Sharp wrote: Absolutely do not recommend this law firm. It was a disaster from start to finish, between losing my paperwork (asset work sheet) to the attorney calling out sick from the set hearing/ court date 15 minutes prior to the set time in which could have settled everything quicker and with a more fair outcome that would have not put me in a financially unstable situation. If you are looking for a good divorce lawyer Amanda Keen is not it, her para legal handles everything and Amanda herself does not retain anything from in person or even email conversations. Wasted retainer fee’s and wasted time. Do not be like me, find a better firm and a better attorney to represent you.

Over the course of several m...onths she communicated better than any attorney I’ve ever known, and I’ve (unfortunately) hired my fair share and know many more on a personal level, and despite my admitted over abundance of calls and messages she never failed to respond quickly with great, honest, straightforward advice, along with equal concern and compassion. I would not hesitate to hire her again or recommend her to anyone needing representation on any level, as my experience could not have gone any better, and I thank you again Amanda for all your help.

Amanda, Keen is a horrible attorney. She is a coward and will not object and will not present. Evidence will not stand up for what you want in court. She is afraid of the other attorneys and the judge or she may even be on the take I would never recommend her she took a $4500 retainer and now I had t...o fight for it and I have no Attorney and I could lose custody because she is a horrible human. only interested in taking your money.

Originally wanted Amanda Bellotti but was informed that I would have to wait a few months. I should have waited. Paid the $4500 retainer fee and after 1 (one) week I terminated Keen’s services since she does not return phone calls . In my opinion, she lacks experience and empathy. She makes state...ments without knowing the facts of the case. Unfortunately, she kept the entire retainer. What a waste of my time and money. If I could give her a negative star , I would.
