Robert L. Stultz

I engaged Mr. Stultz to represent my interest in a child custody case. Provided were ample documentation, witnesses, private eye testimony as well as a counterparty more than willing to violate the court order on a weekly bases. Mr. Stultz file one motion that ultimately has been dismissed due t...he motion was never brought to a hearing. After nearly four years not a single action taken by Mr. Stultz. After every meeting, Mr. Stultz would say we will take care of it. Yet nothing ever is acted upon. Communication lacks timeliness, completeness, and professionalism. Communication from Mr. Stultz can be measured in months and quarters rather than business days, hours or even weeks. I cannot in good faith offer a complimentary review. I have been left helpless, hopeless, and without representation, without any confidence.

Mr. Stultz accepted my case and said we had a good shot at winning. When my opponent got a different attorney he changed his tune and told me to settle or they would get more from me than they were already going to get. I almost settled but fired him at the last minute after I realized he misrepr...esented an order he prepared and ignored my questions about it until it was nearly to late. He refuses to return any portion of my money, even though he he didn't do anything but tell me to settle. Now I have to hire another attorney and drag the case out for who knows how much longer after the 2 years he already let it get dragged out. I don't know what lawyer these other people are talking about. I hired him based on these glowing reviews but this is not the man who showed up to fight for me in court.

My son had some bad accusations made against him which turned into 3 felony charges with 1 of them being aggravated. My son was looking at a minimum of 25 years to life with no parole. He is AWESOME in court and knows what he is doing. My son was found not guilty in all 3 charges!!!!!

Attorney Stultz tried his best to help with a child support modification case for my husband, but my husbands case was based out of Mr. Stultz jurisdiction. He even searched the Internet and found a list of possible lawyers who might be able to help him! Since he himself couldn't help, he refunded ou...r consultation fee! Most lawyers don't do that!
