Horrible experience

I went to see Mr. Willard regarding a legal matter and to possibly retain him. I have been to his office a few times prior to this and talked to his paralegals which where very nice and informative. They gave me legal information pertaining to Georgia law. The information was very helpful but at this... point I believed I needed to retain Mr Willard. I set up a appointment and I went and tried to discuss the case I had already started at magistrate court. I let him know that I started the first part because his paralegals and Mrs Fiddle advised me that the magistrate court was user friendly and they would help me at the courts, they also advised me on how I should complete the eviction process. I discussed this with Mr Willard and he pretty much called me a liar and said his paralegals would have never given me any legal information. He stormed out of his office and went to interrogate his paralegals and Mrs Fiddler who did say they told me I could handle the matter on my own or they could if it came down to that. I was never there to argue, but Mr Willard started to become very argumentative and acted upset when I was only explaining where I was in the process and to see if I needed to retain a lawyer. Needless to say the conversation seemed to have headed to a hostile situation and he opened the door for me to leave. I have never dealt with a lawyer who acted the way he done. Not professional at all and my business will definitely not go to him anymore.

Very Unprofessional and over priced

I hired Joe Willard for a contract dispute and real estate issue. I paid $5000 and didn't get 1 thing resolved. He wrote and billed me for several options in different courts even after we decided on 1 specific course of action. I am filing a complaint with the state bar because he refused to ref...und money that was used to double bill and refused to explain his billing when I asked. I would recommend you hire someone besides this guy if you want results and the value of your money. TWO THUMBS DOWN!
