Biography
Mr. Dean has practiced law since 1988. He has handled cases in the Superior, State, Probate, and Magistrate Courts all across the state of Georgia. He has also handled cases in Federal District Court in the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Dean handles personal injury and automobile accident cases, cases involving collisions with tractor-trailers and other trucks, products liability, severe dog bite cases, negligent security, and nursing home litigation. He has also specialized in police misconduct and excessive force cases since 1990, having had several successful trials, settlements, and appeals with six and seven figure results. Mr. Dean is a proud member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and The American Association for Justice. He has been an active mediator since 1995. He has received the highest possible rating of "AV Preeminent" from his peers(Martindale-Hubbell) for outstanding legal ability and professionalism.

Great lawyer
