Biography
Mitchell Snyder has joined The Minor Firm as an associate with a focus on litigation. Mitchell is a “double dawg” having obtained both his undergraduate degree (BBA Real Estate, cum laude) and his law degree (J.D., cum laude) from the University of Georgia. While in law school, he served on the Journal of Intellectual Property and served as a Dean’s Ambassador.
Mitchell has a background in business and is a licensed Georgia realtor. Mitchell routinely assists clients in commercial and business disputes and feels comfortable representing his clients in court. Mitchell also has a background in criminal defense having worked for a criminal defense firm in Greenville, SC and interned for the District Attorney’s office in the Augusta Judicial Circuit. He also served as a research assistant to his Criminal Law professor at the University of Georgia, investigating the admission of rap lyrics as well as the utilization of child informants in criminal cases. Mitchell is a strong advocate for his clients and will not waver in his representation.
