Originally, I retained Mr. Bible because my grandson had been taken into custody by DFACS. Mr. Bible had my grandson placed with me quickly. I now have legal custody of this awesome little guy. I ran into a legal charge I wasn’t guilty of and Mr. Bible saw me through it without a spot on my record and I never even had to miss work because of it. All I had to do is provide him with the evidence he needed from me. He handled my divorce. I hear horror stories about divorces. It only took about 15 minutes of my time and was a done deal. Mr. Bible, I truly believe, will not take someone/a case, unless he believes in them/it. But if he will take your case, you can know that you’re in good hands and trust he will protect your best interests. The one time through it all that I had to take the stand, he made sure that I knew what to expect and how to handle the situation and I was not intimidated at all by the other attorney nor the judge when the time came. And to top it all, Mr. Bible did not break my bank. I’m not wealthy and he charged me very little for his services compared to the enormous amount of positive changes his representation had on my life. I am very blessed that he chose to represent me and I will want him to handle any and every legal need I ever have in the future, as well as any legal needs of my family.
Mr. Bible was the attorney who did our stepparent adoption for my husband to adopt my oldest two children. He was great and it was easy. No issues. I would definitely use him again.

Family Lawyer
Shawn Bible has been our family lawyer for nearly ten years, and we recommend him to all our friends. He has written our wills, provided leases for our rental properties, reviewed leases for commercial property, and helped a close friend of ours with a custody case. Mr. Bible even helped one of our family members through a very tough criminal court matter. I never thought we'd need a lawyer for something like that, but we did. And Mr. Bible was with us every step of the way. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Adoption
Mr. Bible helped me adopt my stepson. The case was contested and he did a good job in court. Everything went smooth although court was stressful. He did a good job and the adoption went through. He also did a will and power of attorney for us afterwards and did not charge us anything extra. His office always got back to us fast but the best way to reach him is by email. He got to use almost immediately if we emailed him. I would recommend him for a adoption.

Uncontested Divorce
Mr. Bible handled my uncontested divorce. He was a little cheaper than the other lawyers I called ($450). We filled out paperwork and he emailed us rough drafts then we signed the next week. He did everything fast and cheaper than most but if its uncontested he wants to communicate with you mainly by email and the secretary does most of the paperwork with you. I think most lawyers are about the same with an uncontested divorce but this office is a little cheaper. Whole thing took about 60 days from the first meeting to the court date. No complaints.

400 dollars down the drain.
I went in to see a bout filing for divorce and Paid 400 to start the process I got some emails later than promised that didn't even have the correct information in them and was told I would receive the correct information later which I never did. My wife and I decided to stay together so I called the office and asked if I could possibly get a refund and mr. Bible got on the phone with me and was incredibly rudeand told me that even though I didn't get anything they had everything ready and I would not receive any kind of refund I would not recommend this group to anybody
