JF Beasley, LLC is a dedicated “employment law” firm established in 2011 by its owner and manager John Beasley. John has been practicing law for more than 25 years. He has spent more than 20 years counseling employees, executives and small employers on employment matters of all kinds. He has also served as counsel in trials of cases under some of the most challenging anti-discrimination, employment, civil rights and commercial laws including the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Sarbanes Oxley Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, state and federal racketeering statutes and securities laws.
John’s experience includes years working in Atlanta at a “big city” practice as well as work in smaller communities like Athens and Watkinsville, Georgia. In establishing our firm in Watkinsville, John brings his practice closer to home where his wife teaches at the University of Georgia and his children attend public school. Still, the firm is a statewide urban and rural practice and we strive to make the Atlanta, “big firm” experience accessible to Oconee County and the surrounding communities.

Honest and understanding
Mr. Beasley was very professional and competent, albeit unable to take my case due to an overload of cases.

Excellence and Professionalism At Its Finest
John came highly recommended by a family member and fellow attorney. Not only did he meet my expectations, he exceeded them from start to finish. It was clear from our first meeting that John is an expert in his field. My case was complex with many components. John thoroughly addressed and ex...

In my opinion.....
My husband had a work discrimination case he consulted with John Beasley's law office about. It did not get picked up by John, but not only that, there was not a good reason provided. (note: we had no problem getting another excellent lawyer to take it on, go figure). I also wanted to add that John's...
I am very sorry you did not have a good experience but I am glad you were able to find another attorney to take your case. We try to offer referrals for all cases we are not able to take and I hope that you were able to take advantage of that. I will certainly speak with my paralegal. We get very many calls and I receive many positive comments about her. Again, I am sorry that your situation was different. As for your case, it is likely that, based on the information I received, it did not appear to be one I could handle for you. If you wish to discuss your experience further or have questions or concerns, I am happy to speak with you directly. Best of luck in your case. - John Beasley

Hire Mr. Beasley immediately for your employment case
John Beasley is an excellent attorney. I hired him twice and both times I was happy with how he represented me. In 2003, Mr. Beasley assisted me in the preparation of a brief I submitted to the EEOC in support of a gender discrimination claim against my employer. The EEOC ruled in my favor and a ye...

I could not have been more pleased with the guidance I received from John Beasley. His advice was completely on target. He calmly and expertly guided me through a process that lasted several months, to a very satisfactory resolution. His consultation was just what I needed at every step along the ...
"I endorse this lawyer. John is thorough in all that he does and is a vigorous advocate for his clients."
"John brings decades of experience to his practice, representing workers throughout Georgia on claims of all kinds against their current or former employers. Perhaps more important than his experience, John is passionate about the kind of work he is doing. That passion shows in his dedication to his work and nets him excellent results."
