Mr. Henry represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in construction disputes, including lawsuits. The firm handles matters as simple as the recording of statutory liens and as complex as multi-million dollar lawsuits involving owners, general contractors, multiple subcontractors, sureties, insurers, architects, engineers, and consultants.

Christian Henry assists businesses and individuals with contractual disputes, whether through pre-trial negotiation and settlement or trial. Such disputes may involve contracts for the purchase of goods, services, or both, including fights between shareholders/owners of small businesses. The firm also reviews proposed contracts/transactions and advises clients accordingly, and if necessary, will draft whatever is necessary to accomplish the client's goals.

Mr. Henry represents local governments, property owners and neighbors in zoning and subdivision issues, including litigation, such as: rezonings; variances; conditional uses; text amendments; subdivision plat approvals; development agreements between developers and local governments; and the zoning procedures law. Mr. Henry has successfully argued zoning cases in Georgia’s Superior Courts and before the Georgia Supreme Court.
