Highly recommend
I am very thankful for the day I picked up my phone and called Mr. Coulter. I had a highly stressful situation that I had been dealing with for years. Mr. Coulter and his associates, from the very first consultation, made the situation seem not as stressful as it had been for years. They discussed the problem and the solution. Within six months the situation was settled better than I ever imagined. Mr. Coulter and his associates kept me well informed of the steps that they were taking. I highly recommend Mr. Coulter. I thank him and his associates for everything they did to resolve my problem and giving me the peace of mind to now sleep a full night.

I highly recommend Mr. Coulter
When I first met Mr. Coulter and his team, he'd been recommended to me by my husband's former tax attorney. I was drowning in a sea of tax debt and completely overwhelmed, not knowing what to do. Mr. Coulter was helpful, compassionate and more thorough than anyone I'd ever spoken to about our issues. He explained every step of what he and his team were doing and made sure I understood the entire process. I'm so grateful for the help his office was able to afford me and the peace of mind I've experienced as a result. If you're in need of a competent, efficient, experienced team that will treat you with dignity and respect while working on your behalf to resolve your current crisis, I can't urge you strongly enough to use Mr. Coulter and his associates!

Wouldn't recommend anyone else!
Mr. Coulter and his team worked diligently and professionally to work to resolve some tax issues that I had. They kept me in the loop and abreast of all things as soon as they came to the surface. I am so thankful to have what I truly believe to be the best representation I could have ever asked for!

Couldn't be more pleased with this Attorney
As with most individuals seeking a tax attorney my tax problem became my tax problem due to my lack of action. Of course I waited until the last minute but that didn't face Mr. Coulter. He was always very pleasant, positive and non judgmental. He was straight forward with me and together we worked out my tax issues quickly and in a very timely manner. Mr. Coulter and his team saved me 65% of the total amount owed originally to the IRS. I could not be more pleased with the work Mr. Coulter and his team provided.

Criminal
Related to the reason he got disbarred, he threatened me to the extent I had to hire my own law firm. I know he was trying to pin his impropriety on me, so I had to defend myself. Very happy to see the ruling, but think he should have spent some time behind bars.

No way!
Through personal experience I have found Mr. Coulter disingenuous and has failed to follow through with forwarding documentation he requested to the appropriate party. I have had to fax multiple copies of documentation to his office because "He was not able to locate it...". This despite the fact that I had the multiple fax confirmation copies. This occurred over an extended period of time and was quite frustrating. I finally resorted to sending the information via USPS Registered Mail, return receipt requested. It still took 4+ months to have the requested estate documentation reports completed and returned for submission.
