Benjamin J. Johnson

When I became disabled I started my claim with the Social Security Administration, I filled out and submitted all the forms and of course was denied benefits. I haven't heard of any first time approvals personally except one. One day I ran into an old acquaintance, he was disabled at this point and... had already begun receiving benefits. I explained my situation to him, and he said I should have already had a lawyer. He said I could never have gotten my disability benefit approval without a lawyer named Ben Johnson in Athens, he did a great job for me. I contacted Ben the next week and if I had not contacted Ben for help with my case, it would have long been over because the steps that came after the initial denial, appeal and hearing, my wife and I would have had no clue how to go any further or even that you could. Ben is very knowledgeable and didn't spare any of his knowledge on my case. He didn't wait until something came to him requesting information, he and his assistants were always one step ahead in getting any information they could think of that could be advantageous for my case. Ben and his assistants have been courteous and very helpful from the start. It took a long time, through no fault of Mr. Johnson, but he was able to get my benefits approved and I bless the day I met him.

Mr. Johnson was my attorney for my social security claim. I had been trying to get ss for several years and had been denied a couple of times and had also been denied in court. I was ready to give up, but due to my circumstances, I really couldn't. Mr. Johnson took over my case and from the beginni...ng guided me. He stayed positive. Mr. Johnson was very professional and organized. When we went back to court, I was very impressed with all the facts and proof Mr. Johnson had received and had prepared for the judge. I was more relaxed than I had been in the many years before. When I say that, I mean that. My first court was a nightmare. When Mr. Johnson came in with 2 briefcases and started going over everything before court, I felt like a million tons had been lifted off my shoulders and I KNEW I could rely on him. He was amazing! I highly recommend Mr. Benjamin Johnson. People do ask me who I used for an attorney, and I tell them Mr. Benjamin Johnson, and their response is "oh wow, really? He's suppose to be real good", and I quickly reply with "there's no 'suppose to be', he is". I have been so proud to have an attorney to stand for me and defend ME. He made it about me and took care of me. If we have to hire an attorney, it's because we need to prove something about ourselves and HE, Mr. Benjamin Johnson, did exactly that.
