I wouldn’t hire this lawyer to represent me anymore even if he was FREE! Not only was it hard to get in touch with him, but whatever was discussed with him went in one ear and out the other. Mr. Cuvo supposedly represented my husband and despite us telling him my husband is not guilty, Mr Cuvo someho...w found a way to spin it and get my husband to plead guilty. In addition to that, he never requested they call my husband for court. After demanding to the officers that it was his court date, my husband arrives only to see another inmate sitting beside Mr Cuvo signing documents my husband should have signed. When I called Mr Cuvo to ask him why someone else signed paperwork my husband should have signed, Mr Cuvo claims my husband consented for him (the “attorney”) to sign on his behalf. Nothing but lies! Would never utilize his service again. Only time I heard from him was when it was time to make a payment.

This attorney (if you want to call him this) was hired to represent my son, on several occasions we were at court and he wasn't because he claims he wasn't aware and when he did show up he was a joke he let the wittness take over his cross defense he was a complete dufuss if that is even a word he k...ept talking about things that were not relevant he would not bring up things that were he was so incompetent my son could have represented himself and did a much better job i thought for sure camera's were lurking in the back somewhere and we were going to be on the show punked because surely we did not pay this man to get up and do nothing. I never went to law school but i swear i could have done a much better job than this so called attorney did.
