John was very professional, and was on top of all matters. I feel that all the advice given was excellent and helpful. John is ver laidback and easy to talk with. John Toner was a very humble compassionate and attentive attorney. He was assigned to me through the juvenile court. Unfortunately my case was also filed in superior court by the other party and I had already hired and paid a hefty retainer to another attorney. John still fight for me as hard if not ...harder than my paid counsel. He never missed a hearing and went above and beyond until the juvenile case was dropped and the superior case took over. Honestly I wish she was still the one representing me. It was obvious he cares a grate deal about his work and the clients he represents. My son received a ticket for speed to fast for conditions. There were a couple of issues with the citation. Mr. Toner contacted the DA, and reviewed the issues with the DA and the officer. The case was handled quickly and effectively and without my son having to go to court several hours from home.... Mr. Toner was professional and friendly in all of our conversations and meetings.
