Kathleen Ann Davis

Kathy Davis is an accomplished Senior Executive, Attorney, Entrepreneur, Board Member, and Thought Leader with more than 20 years of success. Leveraging extensive experience, Kathy is a valuable asset for parties seeking guidance and legal protection.

Kathy is Certified as a Child Welfare Law Specialist by the National Association of Counsel for Children. Her other broad areas of expertise include trademark, licensing, negotiation, public speaking, innovation, communications, research, social media, policy analysis, conflict management, compliance, regulatory, and governance.

In her current role as the Owner of the small firm, KJD Legal, LLC, she serves as Guardian Ad Litem for children and families before the Juvenile Court of Chatham County, as well as the Superior Court of Chatham County. She also represents parents and children in dependency and delinquency cases in the Juvenile Court of Chatham County.

Concurrently, Kathy works with small business owners, providing advice and assistance. Projects include the protection of intellectual property, business strategy and advice, contracts and negotiations, as well as creating succession planning and exit strategies. Kathy has worked with hundreds of business owners to protect their intellectual property and their business interests.

Kathy is the founder of Guardian Ad Litem Angels in Action, Inc. , a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides needed items to children and families under the auspices of the Chatham County Juvenile Court.

Kathy holds a Juris Doctor from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis and a BA in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington. She served as a Board Member of the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership and Advisory Board Member for Hendricks County Community Foundation.
