Trucking Accident 25%

Trucking cases can become very complicated. I have handled many such cases and have tried these cases in front of juries. You will need a lawyer who thoroughly understands the trucking industry, the rules that apply to drivers and employers and has access to the right experts. Do not trust your case to someone who claims they can handle a serious case. Find a lawyer who has actually handled such cases with significant success. Comprehensive, efficient, diligent, and successful

Matt and his staff, guided us from start to finish, regarding my automobile accident injury. It's difficult, if not painful to navigate through the process of competent treatment, let alone how to manage the means to compensate health providers, in what at first seemed intimidating when dealing with ...insurance adjusters, that otherwise without the help of this law firm would have been fleeting. Matt and his team treated us like family and will undoubtedly represent my interests with any future concerns, requiring his legal help. I would recommend him to my closest friends and family without hesitation.

Pleasantly Surprised with Exceptional Attorney

I admit I'm sceptical about attorneys. I've seen the commercials of the ambulance chasers, and I've doubted their validity and honesty for years. Both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with Matt Cook. My husband and I were in a motorcycle accident in April of 2013. Matt came to the hospital ...with a mutual friend to meet us and accept our case. We were hit from behind by a large 4x4 pickup truck. My injuries had me in a wheelchair for over two months. I still cannot extend my right arm completely. My missing middle finger has proven to be a test in patience and perseverance (and the source of many jokes). My husband still suffers from three bulging disks pressing on his sciatic nerve, causing pain down his left leg. Matt had his work cut out for him, as I had insurance through my employer with Kaiser Permanente. KP paid my claim, then denied it, then paid it, and denied it again. I was so disgusted and frustrated with KP! Why were they denying payment when this accident wasn't even my fault?!? My hospital bill was over $150,000 before adding my surgeons (I had three), my morphine pump for four days, or any of my physical therapy! We were in over our heads and we knew it. Matt was AWESOME through this time. He patiently, calmly, and gracefully led us through the nightmare of the insurance world. Matt never filled our heads with dollar signs or false promises. He was honest with us each step of the way. If we had not had Matt on our side during these last two years, we have no doubt we would have had to declare bankruptcy over my hospital bills alone. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Matt Cook!!
