A Real Piece of....Work
Mr. Welch represented the Corporation with which I served as CEO and was the principal shareholder. He assisted the minority shareholders in formulating a scam to avoid liability for breach of their fiduciary duties and even attempted to obtain a judgement for 600,000 dollars which is still ongoing....
