We went in to see him with a problem we were having with my wifes ex-husband.We paid a consultation fee and was told there was not enough to go to court with.Around a year later we went back after recieving a letter from a lawyer from ex wanting to reduce child support and contempt of court.We payed ...another consultation fee and was told he would send a letter to answer the letter we recieved.The problem came in when it was over 4 weeks later before he sent the letter and never returned our phone calls.I called over a dozen times and my wife called over 6 times and we never got a call back.Now we are in the process of finding another lawyer to represent us in this matter.Her ex went ahead and filed for child support modification and contempt.I think this may have been avoided if he would have acted in a timely manner
