do not hire!

Very poor communication, deemed whatever he thought was correct and not interested in input from client. Basically, once my retainer fee check was cashed, he continued like he saw appropriate without discussing things with me. He was very aloof and treated me like I was not an educated adult, like ...he was a superior person. He did not address my divorce case appropriately and in the time passed since my divorce, has ended up costing me thousands of dollars and a tremendous amount of difficulty due to things I asked him to address that he did not see fit to address at the time

Waste of money,

I hired Mr. Jones for my divorce case. In the beginning, he was very aggressive and seemed to e a good representative for me. As the case went on, he seemed to just want it over with and told me I was being to picky. There were many items my ex-husbands attorney threw in during court as far as va...lues of items and visitation that were never addressed, which will end up costing me thousands of dollars. In the end, the judge didn't want to hear all of it, so it seems the two attorneys came up with the finalized decree and presented it to the judge and he signed off on it. The final decree had multiple things in it the judge did not say in court, but Mr. Jones refused to discuss this with me. He said, "that's it, be happy you got the house". Which by the way, I have to pay him 25% of the equity. Many, many loose ends were left that over the past few years I have had to deal wtih and some are not fully closed. He was a very condescending and acted like I did not have a brain. I hold a Master's degree and feel I am very competent. I do not recommend this man for anything regarding divorce, child visitation, and fairness.
