You can't file a speedy yet. Be careful what you wish for when filing a speedy, you force the state to hurry, they'll be ready and bring the hammer...

They can revoke your probation. Would be a good idea to have an attorney on standby in case they move to revoke you.

Yes you can be charged. No crack wouldn't dissolve into a paper towel, it melts/burns at a certain temperature.
