Kenya Lance Patton

My family has made numerous attempts to obtain a copy of my mother's un-probated will. Mother died in Blairsville in March 2001, but her will was prepared by Attorney Patton before her death. When my 91 yr old father, her sole beneficiary, still lived in GA with my sister, she had power of attorney, ...and tried numerous times to obtain a copy of Mom's will, but received the same lousy service from Attorney Patton!! Since August 2012, my father has lived in VA. with me, and I now have his power of attorney. I have made numerous contacts to Mr. Patton and his office by e-mails, and I initially did get a call from him after my first e-mail advising, he would get back to me once he has reviewed my mother's file, but he still continues to not return my requests for a copy of Mom's will!? I have offered to pay a fee to get a copy of her will and offered to let him handle the Probate, but still to no avail! I find his non-response to our request for a copy of her will, very unprofessional and definitely leads me to believe he is not trustworthy! The strange thing is, he has an excellent rating on the Lawyer Webs and he was recommended to our family by highly trusted people!?

I found Kenya Patton to be most efficient and reliable. SHE handled my business most efficiently, and obviously is mistaken for another attorney, possibility holding her family name, and a part of the firm previously identified by Her name, by an earlier reviewer. The service I received from Kenya... was excellent, I now have need again for her expertise, and hope to achieve contact with the firm she now serves.
