My case was simple, cut and dry. She charged me for things she did not do, billed me attorneys rates for work done by her paralegal, filed motions that were irrelevant, either did not know family law, or just over-charged, (or falsely charged) me to the point that she knew she would get fired and wou...ld not get before the judge. It took me firing her, hiring another attorney to get what she did straightened out. My new attorneys pointed out everything she did to me (NOT that I didn't already know). My case never even went before the judge and was considered "bogus" at best. Long story short....Drive by her "cubicle" (not even an office really) and keep on going.
