Kristy Sweat Davies

Kristy Davies and Jennifer Hothem founded Davies Hothem Injury Law in 2021. In our combined 18 years of practice, we have tried over 100 cases and obtained over 70 million in verdicts for our clients.  Our clients are mothers, fathers, husbands, wives, sons and daughters. We believe steadfastly in the civil justice system and the constitutional right to hold individuals and corporations accountable for injuries they cause. Through hard work and aggressive representation, we will do everything possible to facilitate the physical, emotional and financial recovery needed following an injury or death of a loved one.

At Davies Hothem Injury Law, our mission is simply to bring hope and healing not only to our injured clients, but to those in need within our community. Kristy and Jennifer believe wholeheartedly that the ability to practice law is a privilege, and with that privilege comes the responsibility to support others in need. For this greater purpose, we have proudly partnered with local non-profits like Gateway Domestic Violence Center and We Care Hall County to provide quarterly donations as financial sustainers to these amazing organizations.  These donations are funded solely from attorney’s fees earned on each case and do not affect our client’s recovery in any way.
