I was on trial for aggravated cruelty to animals, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, use of a firearm in a commission of a felony, criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree, battery, and criminal tresspassing. I testified I did shoot the dog and was on his property and Clint was able to prove to the jury that I was innocent and justified. The jury than found me not guilty of all six charges. If it had not been for Clint's hard work and perserverance I would be sitting the next twenty years of my life behind bars in prison away from my family.
