Clinton Wallace Teston

I hired Mr.Teston and his team last March for my divorce. He not only got me the custody agreement that I wanted l, he was also able to get me compensation from my ex partner for the house we both purchased. His partner Mr Burruss was also a great help during mediation. I would 1000% use his services... again. He worked out a payment plan with me and did everything he said he would do. My situation was a little more complicated because of previous legal trouble but he didn’t let my ex hold it over my head for custody like he planned. I am very pleased and thankful with Mr.Teston and his team.

I would never use this attorney again for the following reasons. I paid a $3000 fee to retain him for a custody case. The main objective for me was to at minimum retain joint custody with child support. The father's attorney seemed very unknowledgable to Mr. Teston who seemed very confident. Dur...ing mediation, Mr. Teston was on his cell phone almost the entire time and did not advise me at all. He only told me that if I did not agree to the terms we would have to go to court and the judge would look negatively on this and it would be extremely expensive and my retainer was pretty much gone. I left in tears after agreeing to $100 a month child support when according to the scale should have been $450. I have no recourse for 2 years and only then can I request a modification.
