Biography
I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in business cases, at trial and on appeal. My practice includes business torts, fraud, shareholder and corporate governance litigation, intellectual property litigation, and RICO. Recently I obtained a defendants' verdict for my clients in a four-week jury trial involving claims of accounting fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and RICO. While I love trying cases, I have succeeded in reaching many favorable confidential settlements for my clients.
