Timothy Schwarz

I hired Tim Schwarz November 2017 to represent my daughter and to file complaints against the school district for special education violations. Tim required a relatively large retainer in which I did not hesitate to pay, my daughter needed help! He attended an IEP meeting April 2018 and then he disap...peared. I made countless efforts to contact him without success and turned to the Georgia Bar Association for assistance. Tim finally sent me an email September 2018, apologizing for his behavior. He promised that he would start working on the case and to keep me updated weekly. It is now February 2019 and not once has he contacted me since his September promise. I have tried countless times to contact him but still no success. I am now out a lot of money and even worse, my daughter has fallen even further behind because Tim never filed any of the complaints that he was paid to file.
