Hired Mr.Klump to help us with an ongoing tax matter, he stopped communicating with the OR and us as well. After several attempts to communicate, had to let him go. Asked for our information to be returned and felt like our money needs to be returned because he’s done nothing for us. We didn’t not re...ceive money or our information back. We’ve left several messages and we still have not received a call back. Be very leery of hiring this attorney because it will not be a good experience.

MR DANIEL KLUMP REPRESENTED ME AND IS STILL REPRESENTING ME NOW. HE DOES A GREAT JOB AND CARES FOR MY BEST INTEREST A LOT. YOU CANT JUST EXPECT TO PUT MONEY OUT AND NOT BE INVOLVE. REMEMBER AT THE END OF THE DAY IF YOU HAVE A CASE ITS STILL ON YOU TO PUT AN EFFORT OUT. I'M NOT SAYING HE WOULD NOT FIG...HT FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST IF YOU DON'T SHOW HIM YOUR CONCERN ABOUT THE CASE. BUT I HIGHLY BELIEVE IF YOU HIRED MR KLUMP AND HIS COLLEAGUE THEY WILL KEEP YOU UP TO DATE AND USE THEIR BEST JUDGEMENT TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR CASE!

I had a case where I was stopped at a DUI checkpoint and blew under the legal limit. I contacted Mr. Klump and hired him on his services on the basis that I wanted this to go to trial, and I wanted a complete dismissal. I never once got a phone call that I didn't have to provoke, I never once went ...over the case details with Mr. Klump, He simply stated, "well go over all that later", but we never did. Communication was poor at best. I went to court on three occasions when I didn't even have to be there. On the day that we finally made it to court, He was so unprepared, and knew nothing of my case from my point of view that I was more comfortable taking a negotiated Reckless driving charge then a fight for dismissal. A lesser charge that I could have got myself if I just talked to the prosecutor. He got paid for doing nothing. I don't recommend Mr. Klump. Im sure he's a great friendly guy, but he didn't fight for me like he said he would.
