Evan is great!
Our tenant filed Chapter 7 during the eviction process, we needed to resolve the issue. One of our attorney friend recommended Evan to us, we contacted him and got a quick response. Evan did a good job to get the case resolved. We definitely will recommend Evan to our friends.
