Eric J. Hertz, P.C. represents and provides legal advice to individuals who have suffered serious injuries, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Mr. Hertz is the founder of Eric J. Hertz, P.C. based in Georgia.
He is also a Board Certified Trial Attorney by both the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Mr. Hertz has successfully authored several books used by other attorneys throughout the State of Georgia. In addition, he has obtained several record verdicts and has tried approximately 100 jury trials as lead counsel resulting in verdicts totaling in the multi-million dollar range.

Top Notch Attorney
What can I say about the greatest Attorney dealing with master negotiations against the Insurance companies. He has skill like no other. If you have a case that deals with big injuries than you have to hire him. There should be a hall of fame for lawyers for he would be the first inductee.
