I met Theresa after a bad outcome of my application. Previously I spoke with Carolyn Soloway but thought I could file the forms successfully myself. I was soooo wrong. Provided follow-up with USCIS and information from time to time, on the status of our application. Provided detailed written instructions for co...mpiling the documents and other evidence to present before the USCIS, as soon as the notice for the interview was received. Provided thorough briefing and preparation, well in advance to the interview with USCIS, and reviewed the entire documents. Ms. Theresa is very professional, thorough and empathetic.
