Ralph S. Goldberg

Hired Ralph for the third time regarding a recent bankruptcy filing. He was helpful, supportive and encouraging to me during a difficult financial period in my life. He's not afraid to tell you the truth ... even if he knows it's not what you want to hear, but rather what you need to hear. Mr. Goldberg has been consistently untruthful, unprofessional, disrespectful and highly emotional. I hired him in 2021 and he has refused to use evidence in my favor in his briefs or speak with a witness. He was seriously flawed and inarticulate in a recent hearing where he could not answer question...s from the judge(s) or refute the opposing attorney with information he has had for years! He has the tendency to bully. His ego doesn't allow him the capacity to listen. There is so much more... I fired Mr. Goldberg in January 2024. He accepted but has refused to withdraw himself. As a result, I can't get court info or another attorney. I fired him for a 3rd time on Sept. 5. He said he doesn't have a secretary and will do it "next week". We'll see. He is a one star attorney only because I had to give him something.

I met with Mr. Goldberg back in February of 2013. He reviewed my paperwork, and told me that he would take my case. To make a long story short, he never came through for me. I contacted his firm several times, but he kept brushing me off. After a period of six months, he dropped my case and wasn't ab...le to justify his actions. This guy is very disrespectful to his clients/co-workers and tells lies on a consistent basis. I can't believe his firm has made it this far. His social skills are very poor, he could care less about people's personal feelings, and he doesn't take his job very serious. Someone needs to do an investigation concerning his legal practices.
