Around October 2015 I wrecked my car and the police officer swore me up and down that I had been drinking and charged me with a DUI although I didn't hit anybody or damage any property, I just totaled my car by hitting a guard rail. I call Nicole Thomas the next day after the accident and told her wh...at happen and asked what she could do for me. She said " she would do her best to beat the case and not to worry" although I was a little scared. I was accused of these charges in the city of Brookhaven which is a part of Dekalb county here in GA. She then went and pulled the audio video of me telling the officer I had not been drinking and we both reviewed the video together and she told me what angle we would take to beat the case. So we went to court January 7, 2016 and the DUI charge was dropped because of no evidence and all I had to do was do community service and go to a drug counselor to see if I had drug or alcohol problems which the counsler said I didn't have a problem at all. So now I'm a happy man, I have my license and I would recommend her to anybody. She is a great lawyer!
