Janelle Natasha Richards

Janelle Richards is very nasty, rude unempathic and unprofessional. She must have the last word in a fight and doesn't properly explain things to her clients; expecting me to understand the law. She operates on assumptions and engaged me in an email fight from Friday evening until early Saturday morn...ing. I had to block her from my emails to stop her nasty email messages. She does have a snarky attitude abd when addressed she engages in an email fight....she would not survive in her own practice.

Contacted and paid for an uncontested divorce. Filled out all the forms and returned without any assistance from Ms. Richards. When my spouse didn't return his paperwork in a timely manner, I asked for an extension. Instead I received a snarky, unsympathetic response. Without an email notification (...the sole method of communication used thus far), I received a check and a letter stating "as requested" my file had been closed and my refund issued.
