This is not the lawyer to use for defense. I encountered Attorney Moran in East Point as a Public Defender, for a case that was later determined guilty. During an extensive amount of time preparing for trial I received a counsel session with Attorney Moran that was very brief and vague. I was left un...aware as to what to expect in upcoming events. She was late for the initial trail date and time, therefore, prolonging the case even more. Luckily, she did have enough rank to reschedule. On the day of trial Attorney Moran failed to communicate how she would approach the defense, later making the defense look weak and unorganized. The questions that were acknowledged to myself were more incriminating than justifiable, leaving the prosecutor with an array of questioning for a follow up cross examination. On the contrary Attorney Moran was quite savvy about the law. Attorney Tracey Moran would be a great help for you in prosecution, but not in defense.
