Attorney Fred rushing, lied and fraudulent, selected 4 months ,February, June, September and October, and told the judge that I hadn't paid rent for those months. Selectedly in order to get me evicted on behalf of his client, the landlord. My rent was paid up to date. The judge reprimanded him for fr...audulent and deception to the court and dismissed his fraudulent claim.

I was serve by this Lawyer last year for garnishment. I pay the total amount they needed. I got a phone call yesterday from my former job saying the sheriff are here to serve you garnishment and learn that it is from the same Lawyer I pay last year. I know it is hard for everyone lol, but I and my La...wyer are ready to go to court.

I was in the process of purchasing a home in the Atlanta Metro area, Mr. Rushing wa the Attorney and Broker invovled in the transactions. The deal ultimately did not go through, the seller and Mr. Rushing failed to return the earnest money associated with this transaction. We are currently seeking... legal action against this attorney to include reporting his action to the State Governing Law Board. If possible please avoid doing business with this Attorney and his firm at all cost.
