Biography
Mike grew up in Sandy Springs and continues to live in the area with his wife Mary. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 1987, Mike attended Georgia State University College of Law, graduating in 1991.
Mike legal career focuses upon representing individuals and families who have suffered serious personal injuries or death due to medical malpractice, automobile collisions, trucking accidents, products and premises liability cases.
He enjoys an AV Peer Review Rating is honored to be included as a member of Georgia SuperLawyers since 2009 and included in the Georgia SuperLawyers Top 100 since 2019. Mike is one of the first plaintiff personal injury lawyers in Georgia to obtain board certification as a medical malpractice attorney by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. Mike’s an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA Champion Member), the Atlanta Bar Association, Lawyers Club of Atlanta, and the American Association for Justice.
In his free time, Mike enjoys exercising, playing golf, snow skiing and spending time with his friends and family. As a long-time member of the Buckhead Lion’s Club, Mike has served in several leadership roles including President and chairperson for the organization’s annual golf tournament which benefits Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and the SHARE Military Initiative at Shepherd Center Atlanta.
