The most amazing and helpful lawyer I ever dealt with

We contacted Lisa to get some assistance in dealing with Social Security, this lady was not only extremely well-informed on our issue, but she answered all our questions and give us options of how to proceed without her having to represent us. She was absolutely caring and dedicated to helping u...s without having to be our attorney, we have never experienced that and was quite shocked at how honest and supportive she was in Freely giving us all the legal information and options we needed to be aware of. If we ever need an attorney in the future, she will definitely be our first choice, we highly recommend her.

Finally a Great Attorney!

I had been through three disability attorneys before I came to Lisa, three. Disability attorneys, good ones, are not easy to find. Being able to trust that your information, records, dates of things to be signed, filed, filled out, etc., is all in order without having to chase your lawyer down, is th...e best feeling ever!! We are disabled, right? This is a tough process, so we need a capable attorney! Trust me, Lisa takes control and puts all of your fears and questions to rest. You are in EXCELLENT hands. I am so SO glad that I found Lisa, I truly don’t think I would have had a win without her guidance.

Your Dream Lawyer

Lisa has a heart as big as the sky. She is your fantasy attorney you only wish you could find. The best way to describe her is to imagine your Dream Lawyer on television who stands for the less fortunate. The lawyer that TRUELY fights for justice and cares about her clients. She has been an inspirati...on to me. I have C-PTSD and never thought that I would win my disability case. In less than a year I was awarded the full amount of my SSD. I was desperate and afraid. She walked me through the process. She is personable, confident, articulate, honest, reliable, truthful, seeks justice and TRUELY cared about the outcome of my case. She strategizes ahead in preparation for her next move on your behalf. She is the real deal. I believe she is so successful because money is NOT the motivating factor in her practice. Her motivation is love for the disabled. Honestly, there are no words to describe her adequately. Love you Lisa, you changed my life.

No Humility and Too Much Pride

My experience with Attorney Lisa Siegal was absolutely TERRIBLE ! Before I provide my subjective comments related to this person’s demeanor, and services (that I paid over $9,000.00 to receive), I first want to speak about what I received from her related to quality. 1) She filled out my applicatio...n for Social Security Disability by hand and mailed it to SSD authorities!. Most of us with prior experience in government know that the wheels of government turn very slowly. She admitted to me the application had been returned to her… requesting corrections !. This, in turn, cost me valuable time, and money to pay her. Her payment from me depended on the total amount I received from Social Security Disability. SSDI compensated ME, based on how long it took to reach an award decision (back pay). When I have an attorney who does not have the professional ethics to properly fill out the forms or print the forms professionally…they get kicked back to be completed correctly. This is what happened early in the process. Probably unknown to her, she revealed her sloppy work by sending me a picture of the form she submitted. I was immediately aghast at the unprofessional, sloppy handwriting she submitted to SSDI. I would never have known about her sloppy work, had she not made that revealing mistake. Sometimes I wonder if this could be a technique to garner higher pay by intentionally submitting sloppy work and having it returned to her for a do over. This client would never know. 2) She carelessly destroyed my documentation in her office during her attempt to make photocopies. Again, she sent me another picture of someone’s hand pulling a smeared photocopy out of a copy machine !?. I had to re-mail documents to her and endure greater time loss because of this sloppy, careless work quality. Probably unknown to her, she again revealed her poor work quality with this second picture that was texted to me. She was too cheap to demonstrate value and respect for my documents by sending them without a priority status. She just dropped them in the mail - normal ‘snail mail’, and moved on. No appearance of time being of the essence for my application. 3) She NEVER returned my phone calls in a timely manner. She NEVER returned my e-mails in a timely manner. Then, when I questioned her about not returning my e-mailed questions, her reply was “I sent you e-mail”. To me, this was the person I am paying thousands of dollars for services, now communicating with me using half-truths. Completely disrespectful. It reminds me of her comment over the phone during one of our few conversations exclaiming “most of my clients are low – income clients”. To this day, when I think about this comment. I conclude, she uses her client’s ignorance of the entire process to take advantage of them in some form or another for personal gain. I am sick of speaking of this person, so I will conclude. I am a 100% retired, disabled, college graduated Army Veteran. So, to my fellow military brothers and sisters, and all others…I implore you to stay away from this person and her shitty services. She presents herself with little humility…AT ALL. She presents herself on the phone as though she’s the smartest M’ F’ er in the room and total lack humility. So, to YOU Lisa Siegal, I say: “you are on a path to destruction, change your ways soon before your day of judgment comes”. Your pride has consumed you and is now bringing negative press and exposure. Turn back while you still can. Our family did not deserve the poor quality and prideful attitude. But don’t take it from me, take it from the King of Kings, Jesus Christ (the anointed one). Proverbs 16:18 – Pride goes before destruction, and haughtiness before a fall.

This is a surprising review with no name attached, but I think I can discern whom it might be given the odd fact scenario. In this scenario, the client's returned sign up documents were delivered by mail in an envelope that appeared to be run over by a truck - given the tire tracks on the envelope. I sent the client a photo of the envelope and the torn documents to show what him what I received via mail. These certainly were not submitted to SSA in that form. So I really do not know what this client is referring to regarding "sloppy" work. I submit applications online in any event and not by hand. Also, given the reference to my "fee" it appears we won full benefits on this case. So regardless of his unhappiness with me personally, I delivered on the result. I am sorry he harbors such resentment. I would never want any client to feel that way. I also regret that he never once told me he felt this way during the duration of my representation. It is always better to reach out and discuss differences in person rather than air them anonymously and so factually off the mark. Stil, I have reached out to an individual whom I suspect wrote this so that we can discuss. I always want feedback. He may not have liked me personally, regrettably, but at least he won full benfits on the initial application.
