About David
Biography
I am a passionate trial lawyer focused on helping people when they need it most, and I devote my practice to personal injury litigation, including wrongful death, negligent security, premises liability, auto accidents, trucking accidents, slip/trip and falls, civil tort litigation, commercial litigation, and general trial practice. In addition to my injury litigation practice, I have been a criminal defense lawyer with years of experience both prosecuting and defending those accused of a crime.
I graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in International Affairs and Spanish as well as a Minor in Law, Science & Technology. I received my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law where I was inducted into the Order of Barristers. I was also the President of the International Moot Court Board and competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
I am admitted to practice before all Georgia State and Superior Courts; the Court of Appeals of Georgia; the Supreme Court of Georgia; and the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia.
I am a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Lawyers Club, and the Atlanta Bar Association.
