Mr. Miller joined MF&L as anassociate in 2008. He practices in the areas of general, commercial, realestate, insurance, and construction litigation.

Mr. Miller was born in Tampa, Florida. He attended the University of Florida where he received a B.S. inBusiness Management and a minor in Economics in 1999. He received his M.B.A.,with concentrations in Finance and Operations Management, from Emory University’sGoizueta School of Business and his J.D. from Emory Universityin December of 2007. During law school, Mr. Miller served as treasurer of theKeener Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta. Mr. Miller previously worked as a corporaterecruiter for a national recruiting firm and as Manager of Student Employmentat Duke University.

Mr. Miller was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2008 and has beenadmitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court ofAppeals, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and MiddleDistricts of Georgia. Mr. Miller is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the AtlantaCouncil of Young Lawyers.
