I was in an accident a year ago only time I heard from them is when I first got injured. After that no communication, I have to run them down no response call for weeks finally spoke with Ms. Ali she is so unprofessional I don't see how she is working in a law firm. Was told my offer and couldn't sto...p laughing what a joke now waiting to hear something about a ligation hearing still no call back I wish I would have done my research before I dealt with this company. Run don't let then represent you they will never give you any updates without harassing them.

When I say run I mean it they are nothing but greedy people their fee was more than what they were offering me and Bob Smith pretended he was getting me more money because I was upset with the money he offered me at first. The joke in the movie Philadelphia "what do you call a bunch of attorneys at t...he bottom of a lake...A GOOD START" They are definitely referring to this bunch of chasers. They called me on a Sunday after my accident and pitched a sale and they were so helpful in the beginning. Then Maria disappeared then I was giving to Bob Smith who made a point never to return my calls and his side kick Ernestine was even less helpful, the company was horrible... I don’t think anyone there is a real attorney oh and did I say THAT COMPANY was HORRIBLE ......wait I take it back Ms. Story was the only helpful person but by the time you get to her you are soooo PISSED. PLEASE DO YOUR homework if they call you say NO THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope to never be in accident like this again, but you better believe all call Big Al or Hurt 123 anybody but this bunch of Yahoo!!!!!

I would NEVER recomend anyone to this law firm i have never spoken to my lawyer they don't call and give you updates on your accident its been almost a year and all they keep telling me is the other party still waiting on papers they wanted me to get my own medical records if you are my attorney why ...should i have to get my papers i might as well do it myself. Im telling you DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR CASE POOR SERVICE

Please do not use this firm. They will not return calls. They contacted me after an accident and I thought this would be a great case for my back injury. It has been 7 months. My case took forever and when they finally called me with an offer I almost laughed and I took it as an insult!!!!!!!! This i...s a horrible experience! !!! I should have wen with one of those TV Lawyers.

I was in a car accident in early November 2013 with a few other friends. Founders law reached out to us and seemed to be very interested and pleasant in the beginning. They assigned the chiropractor and had the lawyer meet with us right away to sign the papers. After the contract was signed thats whe...n everything went down hill... Communication stop, I had to call them to get any information/ news about my case, I would be put on hold for long times, or no responses at all. You never speak to the lawyer, its always his sidekick Patricia. The chiropractor Dr. Jay awful as well, he doesnt care about your well being, especially if you do not have insurance. Its now April and they tell me they basically do not have a case bc their to cheap to buy the finalized police report that was revised in December (but its now April). Because this was my first car accident I was unaware the process but trust me IF I could rewind these months that actually cost me time & money, I would not of went with this law firm! I tell anyone reading this, there are way better lawyers and representation in Atlanta than these unprofessional at Founders law!
