I don't usually write reviews but this was screaming for a response, why is it that everyone has an attitude, I was so happy at first because I believed that I was getting the best representation for my case, after my first week at the chiropractor the phone calls stopped. I'm not really understandin...g why I am paying them if I am doing all of the leg work. On top of that, the passenger in my vehicle received their settlement months before I did, this has got to be the rejects that didn't make the cut.

The Founders Law Firm has been good to me despite all the negative reviews on here. I went to treatment waited til the firm received my stuff so they could send to the insurance company which took a while unfortunately. Of course I went through some hardship and got a loan through one of those EXPENS...IVE companies even though my attorney told me not because the payback is crazy. Once I got the final offer I wasn't getting much but that's my fault For not listening. They did very well explaining everything to me and trying to atleast getting me something in pocket. I would use again. People take their time to write negative but few to write positive. Thanks Mr. John

They seem interested in your case at the beginning and meet with you at the chiropractor to get your signature. Shortly after that all communication stops. No one calls you back. Everyone is at two hour lunches and meetings. Geraldine and their other reps suck their teeth at you when they think you'r...e calling too much--this is due to their no call back record, not the client's fault. This firm sucks! Do not use them. Two years my case has been with them and still nothing. I'm posting this anonymously but maybe they'll use the same methods used to find my contact info to take on my case in the beginning. Worse experience of my life. I hate this firm.

I went to this law firm seeking immigration help for my wife. We paid all the fees up front and have been waiting years for something to happen. They fired the paralegal or she quit and then they dont know what my money was used for. What? Well, unfortunately, I am still with this firm waiting for a...nything to happen on my case. I am in the process of looking for a second opinion after 5 wasted years of trying to get my wife legal. They will not communicate with you on the progress of the case unless you repeatedly call them and demand answers.

I would NEVER recomend anyone to this law firm i have never spoken to my lawyer they don't call and give you updates on your accident its been almost a year and all they keep telling me is the other party still waiting on papers they wanted me to get my own medical records if you are my attorney why ...should i have to get my papers i might as well do it myself. Im telling you DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR CASE POOR SERVICE
