Karen L Pass is very unprofessional she will take your money and prolong your court dates to accommodate her other clients of her race. Persons of her staff are her relatives with her daughter being her assistant. You can never speak to her directly shell have the daughter call about court dates a da...y or two before the set date. She talks very rudely when speaking to clients whom have paid in full. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. My case began in 2021 I didn't go to court until 2023 and she didn't do a thing besides take my money after I decided to not have her represent me any longer.

She was personable and optimistic and her fees were reasonable. However, once paid in full, she and her staff were extremely passive. She did contact the office of the DA before court. She missed 2 court dates without notifying me. She and her staff were rude whenever we asked for information. Do not... hire her!
